Frame Relay/ATM

Overview

Your sites will be connected to our frame relay (FR) /ATM network. The Ports to the network and PVC (permanent virtual circuit) are set up to create your own communication path while sharing a network backbone as if you were to use private lines. You can also be connected to the other sites by having more than one PVC per port.
For the transport of the data, frames are divided into frames for fixed-length cell (53 bytes) for ATM. ATM is more suited for large data transfer requiring immediacy than FR. FR and ATM can also be mutually connected. Depending on your current systems and budget, we can build the best network. Depending on your goals, we can provide this service for both domestic and international networks.

Process

1. We will need information about your locations, such as address and a on site phone number and contact person.
2. We will contact a local carrier to coordinate the services.
3. We submit the proposal with quotation.
4. Once the proposal is agreed, we ask you to submit the application form.
5. The service will be ready in about 20 business days after the application form is accepted.*
