Overview

KDDI America's technical help desk is the only place needed for companies that do not have an IT department. This service is available in both English and Japanese, and we can assist those end-users on how to use applications and/or troubleshoot against both software and hardware related problems. Also, our help desk can be used as your company's work force to troubleshoot PC/Server/Network issues in the US .

Internet/Intranet Connectivity Support
KDDI America, Inc. can assist users in connecting to the Internet or intranet from their Office.
Remote Access Connectivity Support
KDDI America, Inc. can assist users who remotely access their office network through VPN.
Computer Virus/Spyware Disinfection Support
We will assist users either on the phone or via e-mails to disinfect computer virus and/or spyware when their PCs become infected.
Troubleshoot Hardware Related Problems
Our call center is going to be the first contact place for end-users to troubleshoot PC hardware, printer, or peripherals.
Bilingual Assistance
This service is available both in English and in Japanese.
