Once you start using your communication systems, KDDI America, Inc. is ready to assist you in troubleshooting hardware, software and circuit issues.  Our engineers will isolate the cause of troubles and perform resolution services.  We can provide this service anywhere in the world. We can still troubleshoot via remote access as the first step and or dispatch a KDDI America, Inc. technician close to your location. 
Operation
We provide the following operation services:
  • Upgrade in software for communication system.
  • Make periodical reports
  • Check the capacity of servers
  • Save and backup data on your company servers
  • Replace back-up tapes
  • Store back-up tapes 
Outsourcing Maintenance & Operation
KDDI America, Inc. can store or maintain your system in one of our data center facilities, which is equipped with UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and air conditioning. We can also dispatch engineers to your site if you do not have IT specialists or support within your company.
Monitoring
KDDI America, Inc. can provide monitoring services of your router 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Process

  1. We will ask you for the information about your systems, such as system components, mean to repair times, warranty by manufacturers.
  2. Depending on the customer provided information, KDDI America, Inc. will offer a proposal for your review.
  3. Once proposal is agreed upon, we will put an agreement in place for the service.

* Minimum contract term is 1 year.  You can set the term in multiple years.
