Overview

KDDI America, Inc. can provide maintenance services for your companies routers connected to our circuits.  We will monitor the status of routers, troubleshoot, and will dispatch a technician if needed.

Monitoring
We will monitor the status of your routers 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.
Notification of Trouble
We will notify and report all issues to you within 30 minutes once a trouble occurs.
Isolating the Cause of Trouble
Our technicians will troubleshoot, identify the problem resolve all issues.
Arrangement of Carriers' Restoration
If your KDDI America, Inc. circuit was the cause of the trouble, we will handle all contact with your carriers to fix the problem.
Dispatch of Engineers and Router Replacement
If the managed router causes the trouble, KDDI America, Inc. will dispatch an engineer to replace it within 24 hours.

Process

  1. KDDI America, Inc. will obtain information about your network components.
  2. We will develop a proposal based on your company needs.
  3. Once the proposal is agreed upon.
  4. The service will be ready in about 10 business days after you submit the application form.*
