Relocation (New Office Establishment) Services

Overview

KDDI America can support your company in relocating and opening your new office. We offer consultation to installation services.  We can work with general contractors and architects to design and build your network based on your needs.

Before a consultation, we will have your office information: scheduled relocation/opening date, new address, the number of people, equipments to be moved, general contractors, architects, and so on. 

Site Survey

We will do site surveys at the current location to examine IT related equipments, cabling, air system, telephone lines, and data systems.  If a new location has already been determined, we also do site survey at the location.  We assist you in every step from consultation for air system for your communication system room to coordination of the cabling to the desktops. We can provide end to end services with your local telephone company and data network carriers. 

Bilingual User Assistance

This service is available both in English and in Japanese.

Weekend Work Available

KDDI America, Inc. offers this service during weekends.  We can assist in getting your business going after the move without communication interruption.

Maintenance Support Available

We can provide maintenance supports after relocation including the management of documents, systems and IT equipments maintenance. 

Process

1. After we receive your inquiry, one of our sales representatives will contact you.
2. Our engineers go to your office in order to understand the current situation.  We take a look at your new office location.  We also get the information about the wiring of the building from the owner.
3. We plan a schedule and submit the proposal.
4. Once the proposal has been approved, a project manager will be assigned to help you.
5. Cabling and wiring jobs will be done by the moving date, on which we will assist you in relocating.
