Overview

KDDI America will assist you in building your telephone system, which plays a pivotal role in your business.  New telephone systems are necessary in opening a new office.  It is also recommended to replace an old system with a new one when you relocate, because you may not be able to use the old telephone systems. We can support your telephone system in various steps, from consultation to design, equipment supply. We can also install and offer maintenance on your system.

Process

1. For the best solution, we want to know about your business and how you will be using your phone system.
2. We will design the best system to meet your needs.
3. After the proposal is agreed upon, we will confirm the detailed system.
4. The products will be delivered to your sites. The products will be delivered to your site.
5. KDDI America, Inc. will handle the installation and training of your new system.
6. You can start using a new telephone system. 
7. Maintenance service will be started upon your request.

Customers who will establish a new office:

It is necessary to prepare a new telephone system for establishing new offices.  Depending on your office size and needs, we can make the best proposal for you.

Customers who will relocate or expand an office:

In relocating offices, there are some concerns about transferring the existing system; weekend work is necessary and expensive; since systems cannot be tested in advance, some troubles could occur on the day of relocation.  To meet your needs and requests, we can offer the best solution thru our end-to-end service.

Customers who would like to replace old telephone systems:

In replacing an old system with a new one, many repairs may need to be done in a short period of time, such as replacing PBX and telephone equipment, inside wiring and others.  Our experiences and support will make your transition seamless.

Customers who would like to use IP telephone system:

Although IP telephone systems are in more need today, it is still difficult to transfer to IP system completely.  As an option, we can provide NEC regular telephones that can also be used as IP phones.

Customers who would like to add new functions to the existing system:

If you would like add new functions to your current system such as voice mail and dial-in services, we can help you.  We can provide consultation services even if you are currently using telephone systems by manufactures other than NEC.
