Overview

With the KDDI America, Inc. calling card, numbers and PINs will allow you to make domestic and international calls wherever you are. There is no worry about carrying any change. The access numbers are toll-free and you get the monthly bills later. This service is available not only in the U.S.A. but also from other countries.

Worldwide Area
You can use the KDDI America, Inc.calling card in more than 100 countries including the U.S.A. and Japan.  International calls are not limited to the U.S.A.   You can call to other destinations also. 
Flat Rates
No matter when you make a call, you will be charged at flat rates 24 hours a day.
Bilingual User Assistance

This service is available both in English and in Japanese.

Customer Service
Our customer support center takes care of any requests including application and trouble reports.
Invoice with Detailed Call Data
Monthly invoice shows duration, location and price of each call. You have the option to attach a group code to your numbers. You will be able to manage call data and telecommunication costs easily by using the group.
No Surcharge for Public Phone Use
There is no surcharge for the calls you make from public phones.   You can make phone calls more easily from wherever you are.* 
No Monthly Fee
I Ichiban TALK (long distance service) customers are exempt from calling card monthly fee.**
Multiple Cards with One Number
We can issue more than one card with the same card number and PIN.  You can share the same number with others in your office.
Sub-holder Name
You company name is printed on a calling card.  Furthermore, you can add sub-holder names, such as group codes or individual names on it. 
Monthly Bill
We will issue an invoice once a month.  There is no need to pay when you make a call.
Types of Card Numbers
If you are an Ichiban TALK customer, your phone number can be used as a calling card number.  In this case, you can decide your PIN.  For other customers, calling card numbers and PINs will be randomly selected.

Process

  1. Upon your request, we will send you an application form via FAX or your sales representative will give it to you.
  2. You will fill out the application form and to return to us.
  3. We register your telephone numbers into our database.
  4. Calling card numbers and PIN will be assigned.
  5. We send you temporary calling cards right away.  Plastic card will be ready in about 2 weeks after we receive your application forms.
  6. You will be able to use this service in about 5 business days after you submit your application forms.
  7. Invoice will be issued around the 15th of the next month.
