Once you received the Access Code, then you have your own virtual conference room which you can use any time. Of course, Website feature will cover presentation sharing and control.

Process
- Upon your request, we will send you an application form via FAX or your sales representative will give it to you.
- You will fill out the application form and to return to us.
- Access Code and pass code will be assigned.
- Using the Access Code and Pass code, you can start a conference right away.
- Invoice will be issued around the 15th of the next month.
