Invoice with Detailed Call Data
 
Your monthly invoice shows the duration and price of each call.  You have the option to attach a group code to any registered phone number if necessary. KDDI America, Inc. offer your company the flexibility to manage your call data and telecommunication costs in a easy fashion.
Credit for Switching Fee
In changing your long distance carrier to KDDI America, you may be charged for a switching fee by your local phone company.  In this case, KDDI America, Inc. will issue you a credit back for all charges within the next billing cycle.

Process

  1. Upon your request, we will send you an application form via FAX or your sales representative will give it to you.
  2. You will fill out the application form and to return to us.
  3. We register your telephone numbers into our database. KDDI America, Inc. will work with your existing carrier to ensure a smooth transition.
  4. If we cannot confirm that your long distance carrier has switched services, we will ask you to contact your local carrier in order to change your long distance carrier.
  5. You will be able to use our long distance service in about 5 business days after you submit your application form.* 
  6. Invoices are issued around the 15th of the following month.
