KDDI America provides domestic and international toll-free (ITFC) services at competitive rates.  Now your customers can contact you more easily, while your company could lower your cost of doing business.

Get New Toll-Free Numbers
If you have number preferences, please contact us.  We will check if these numbers are available.  If the numbers are available, we can reserve them for you.*
Transfer Existing Toll-Free Numbers
If you already have toll-free numbers in use, you can transfer your toll-free numbers to KDDI America without changing the numbers.
Wide Availability
For domestic toll-free service, you can receive calls originated from 48 states, DC, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.**
Routing Options
Multiple points of termination can be registered for 1 toll-free number.  You can also arrange routings so that points of termination are changed depending on time, area codes of originating numbers, and volume of total calls. 
Invoice with Detailed Call Data
Monthly invoice shows duration and price of each call. You have the option to attach a group code to numbers for easy accounting.
Flat Rates
No matter when you make a call, you will be charged at flat rates 24 hours a day.
Customer Service
Our customer support center takes care of any requests including application and trouble resolution.
International Toll-Free (ITFC)
Your customers in Japan can call you in the U.S.A. by dialing toll-free numbers.

Process

  1. Upon your request, we will send you an application form via FAX or your sales representative will give it to you.
  2. You will fill out the application form and to return to us.
  3. If you need new toll-free numbers, we will check the availabilities and reserve the numbers.
  4. We register your telephone numbers into our database. We can also order that your long distance carrier should be switched.
  5. You will be able to use our toll-free service in about 5 business days after you submit your application form.***
  6. Invoice will be issued around the 15th of the next month.
